Main features

1.Grinding spindle adopts 5-pieces dynamic pressure sliding bearing with big carrying capacity, high rigidity

2.Guide wheel adopts 1:30 integrity sliding bearing with big carrying capacity and high rigidity.

3.Guide wheel support could rotate with small angle at horizontal direction, it can be used to grind workpiece with small tape and no need to dress grinding wheel to be taped.. It increased grinding wheel’s utilization and saved time for dressing.

4.AC converter is used on guide wheel to realize stepless speed changing.

5.Machine adopts Mitsubishi control system

Servo motor is used to drive high precision planetary gear reduce, thus to perform feed of guide wheel support. A clearance elimination mechanism is equipped on the machine to eliminate transmission clearance, thus to keep high grinding precision.

6.Feeding guide adopts plastic coated guide.
